Call me a geek, but I love to see the company name printed on a bag of coffee! Especially when it's a exemplary Cup of Excellence coffee.
Roasted up a batch today and couldn't wait to try it as a French Press.
Cupping Notes:
Good acidity, medium body with a fruit reminiscent of a burgundy wine. Very floral with rose and lavender and a sweetish caramel finish.

Got to Admit Larry I love to see it, a great feeling to know someone took the time to do it for you. Looks great.
That's awesome! I love when companies personalize stuff, even if they don't have to.
It's a trip for sure!
Day 2 and this coffee is really coming into it's own. A distinct sweetness as the cup cools.
I roasted this batch very light and as such, another day or two and then it should reach it's potential.
