It's here!And it does not disappoint! I picked up the Best of Panama auction coffee yesterday from the freight terminal. Threw down a 8 lb batch this morning and cupped it fresh off the roast. Sweet, clean, caramel and beautiful! Another day or two of rest and we'll see what else this remarkable coffee has to offer.

Wow, that's impressive.
I don't know which is more exciting.. the Best of Panama label or the gigantic SHB print on the bag.
I can't wait to try this coffee!
Forgot to add.. I love the gas burner pic. For some reason, it draws me in visually.

It really is a spectacular coffee! I'm fortunate to have it. I have yet to put it for sale on the site...almost feel like keeping it all to myself. But share I will, 'cuz that's how I roll!
